• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at vishwaresinstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

• After 12 hours, most orders are already processed/packed and cannot be cancelled.

 

🚚 Orders Already Shipped

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• If you choose not to accept delivery, the parcel may be returned by the courier, but shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

💰 Refund on Cancellation

• If your cancellation request is approved (within 12 hours), the refund will be processed within 48 hours via the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
