1. How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly on our website. Just choose the product, select the size/quantity you want, and click “Add to Cart.” Then go to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
2. How long does it take to deliver my order?
We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery time depends on your location but generally takes 3–7 days.
3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re very sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share a video of the issue. We’ll help you with a replacement.
4.How do I use epoxy or UV resin properly?
Each product comes with instructions. You can also check the product page or message us if you’re not sure how to use it.
5. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do! If you need larger quantities or want to resell our products, please contact us directly for bulk pricing and deals.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request to cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours or once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes.

8. Where is your business based?
We are based in Surat and we ship all over India from here.
9. Do you provide customer support on weekends?
Yes, we do our best to reply even on weekends. Our regular support hours are 10 AM to 6:30 PM, but feel free to message us anytime – we’ll respond as soon as possible.
