• Only products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return or refund.

• To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• You must provide a complete unboxing video (without cuts/edits) clearly showing the parcel from all sides before opening.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Resin, pigments, glitters, molds, dried flowers, stickers, and other raw materials are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened/used.

• We cannot accept returns for products due to change of mind, wrong selection, or personal dislike.

 

💰 Refunds

• If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement (as per your preference and stock availability).

• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval via the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

📬 Replacements

• Replacements will be provided for the same product only, subject to availability.

• If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
