Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged during transit
The wrong product was delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect

To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photographs of the issue.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
