Shipping Charges

Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of your items. Once we pack your order, we will send you a WhatsApp message with the shipping cost and payment instructions.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

We usually ship orders within 24 hours. In some cases, dispatch may take up to 2 working days. If you have an urgent order, you can message us on WhatsApp for faster processing. Tracking information will be shared as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and courier service timelines. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier-related issues.

Order Confirmation Policy

Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, no changes will be allowed. This includes:

• No cancellation of order
• No addition or removal of products
• No change of products
• No change or application of coupon codes

Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

Product Availability & Delays

In case any product from your order becomes unavailable or faces unexpected delay, we will contact you within 1–2 working days via call or message to inform you about possible delays and further steps.

RTO (Return to Origin) – Due to Customer Mistake

If a shipment is returned due to customer error or negligence — such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact details, not answering courier calls, not responding to vendor calls (Vishwa Resin Store), or not being available to accept delivery — the customer will be responsible for bearing both RTO charges and reshipment charges.

Cancellation of such orders will not be entertained.

Return & Refund Policy
